Ever since its release years ago, the Mini 4WD model kit āHong Kong Racing Taxiā ā a highly detailed model that authentically captures the look and feel of Hong Kongās iconic red taxis ā has been beloved by local and also global fans. Now, Tamiya Hong Kong proudly introduces a new addition to the lineup: the Hong Kong Racing Taxi (Green Special)!
The Green Special Version faithfully reproduces the New Territories Taxi, known locally as the āgreen cab,ā which has served the New Territories region since 1976. As a Mini 4WD, this model stands out with its rare fluorescent yellow chassis and matching fluorescent yellow tires printed with āTAMIYA MINI 4WDā and āWAIGO HOBBY.ā The A parts are molded in green to perfectly match the taxiās signature color theme, making it a true head-turner on the racetrack!
Item 92464 1/32 Mini 4WD Hong Kong Taxi (Green Special) (FM-A Chassis) Assembly Kit Version includes a special motor, first released in Hong Kong! The included Torque-Tuned 2 motor features the Lion Rock emblem representing Hong Kong alongside the Tamiya and Waigo Hobby logos, enabling this Hong Kong taxi to race at full speed, embodying the Lion Rock spirit!

Tamiya announced the release of the Super Avante Jr. which is paired with the VZ chassis and has a body designed by Japanese designer Kota Nezu of znug design, who designed our recently-released R/C Super Avante body (Item 58696). This Mini 4WD model renders the Super Avanteās streamlined design in smaller scale with distinctive, small-type front fenders!
TAMIYA 1/32 MINI 4WD JR RAIKIRI PINK SPECIAL (POLYCARBONATE BODY) (MS CHASSIS)
ā Both MS chassis and A parts are molded in vivid pink. An accent is provided by black rollers and wheels, plus gray tires.
ā This image shows the underside of the MS chassis, which is composed of N-02, T-01 and standard type center units.
ā The Raikiri body is molded in clear polycarbonate, with pre-cut wheel arches. It is roughly 10 grams lighter than its standard counterpart.
