To celebrate Tamiya Korea’s 30th anniversary in 2026, we have prepared a special Copper Fang.
The body of the Copper Fang, which features the FM-A chassis with a front motor layout for a stable posture when jumping, is made up of a clear blue, white A-parts, and a light blue chassis. In addition, the white A-spoke wheels are paired with light blue hard-type tires that do not bounce as much when landing and have less cornering deceleration than the tires that come standard with other kits. In honor of the passion and achievements of 30 years, the sticker designed with the concept of shining wings makes the blue and white colored machine stand out even more. Also included is a Rev-Tune 2 motor with a 30th anniversary sticker attached exclusively for this kit.

FM-A Chassis with front motor layout
The chassis adopts the front motor layout FM-A, which incorporates an aerodynamic design. The center of gravity is located at the front of the vehicle, ensuring a stable ride even on courses with many ups and downs. A low-friction resin skid bar is installed on the front lower body, and the four rollers are also made of low-friction resin. The rear rollers are 8mm thick, enhancing stability. The motors can be easily replaced from the bottom of the chassis, allowing for quick setup changes. The aero side stays, inspired by the cross-section of an airplane wing, can accommodate various parts.
The body is made of ABS, while A parts such as the under panel and skid bar are made of low-friction resin. The gear ratio is set at 3.5:1.

The chassis adopted FM-A with front motor layout incorporating aero design. Since the center of gravity is closer to the front of the car body, it is possible to run with a sense of stability even on courses with many ups and downs. The four rollers are also made of low friction resin, including a skid bar made of low friction resin at the bottom of the front as standard equipment. In particular, the rear roller is an 8mm thick type with improved stability. In addition, the motor can be easily replaced from the bottom of the chassis, and setting changes can be made quickly. Various parts can be attached to the aero side stay, which is inspired by the cross-sectional shape of the wing of an airplane. The chassis body made of polycarbonate ABS resin is black, and the A parts made of low friction resin are fluorescent green. The gear ratio is set to 4.2: 1.
